Homebase.co.uk Reserve and Collect

Homebase.co.uk is streamlining your shopping experience with the introduction of a new Reserve and Collect system. The system, which allows customers to browse a full range of products online before collecting in store, gives customers the most control over their shopping. Up until now, you only had two options for your DIY shopping list: buy everything online or spend hours in the store. Unfortunately, you often missed out on having a worthwhile hands-on experience for a much greater online selection, or suffered plenty of lost hours searching for the right product. Today, with Homebase’s Reserve and Collect option, you can see the entire range of Homebase.co.uk products online and know firsthand whether they are available at your local store. From here, you can reserve what you need and Homebase will do the rest. Simply bring in your confirmation reference number to collect and pay for your items at your local Homebase.

Step 1: Checking Your Item’s Availability
The first step in using Homebase’s Reserve and Collect system is to find what you need at Homebase.co.uk. If your item is one of the many eligible Reserve and Collect products, it will have the label, “Available in Store.” Pressing the green “Check Stock or Reserve” button prompts you for your town or postcode. This information provides you with your item’s current stock in your three closest stores. Simply click the “Reserve Items at This Store” button to hold your item at the store of your choice.

Step 2: Placing Your Reservation

Once you have finished your Reserve and Collect shopping and have submitted your order, you will need to provide a few contact details. This allows Homebase.co.uk to get in touch with you in case there are any issues when processing your order. When your reservation is complete, you will be sent a confirmation email with all the information necessary to collect your shopping. Your confirmation includes everything from your order reference number, your collection times, to store opening times, and even a map for your convenience.

Step 3: Collecting Your Items at Your Local Homebase
Just three hours after you have made your reservation, you will be able to collect your shopping. Simply make a beeline to the Service Desk of your chosen store and your items will be waiting for you. For a lightning quick shopping trip, use your order reference number and then simply pay for your items. Don’t forget that the price you pay is the list price in store at the time of your collection; if you would like to take advantage of 10% discount days or other discounts, make sure to collect your shopping on the day of the discount to qualify for your bargain.

With over 20,000 products to choose from, you will be spoilt for choice over Homebase’s selection in home improvement, home furnishings and decorating supplies. You can even collect Nectar points for the shopping you do with Homebase! Whether you would like a few easy additions to your home décor, or are interested in a full-blown kitchen installation, Homebase.co.uk is where you need to be. Find the most up to date price checks, find out where your products are stocked, and of course, take advantage of the new Reserve and Collect shopping experience.
